• Your login credentials (username/password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Keep your account information up to date, especially your payment details.
• If you notice a suspicious login or unauthorized use of your account, contact support immediately.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be flagged as dormant.

Melbit will never ask for your password via email or message. If anyone requests your login credentials while claiming to represent Melbit, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

• All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing from Melbit is fast and straightforward. Verified accounts can typically complete withdrawals within 5 minutes to 24 hours. However, KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to your registered payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawing from a bonus requires completing the specified wagering requirements.
